1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & KYC

Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If multiple accounts are identified, bangla 888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

Accuracy of Registration Information

Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

• Fully KYC-verified players can expect bKash and Nagad withdrawals to be processed within 30 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bangla 888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion at the time of offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder personally. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• bangla 888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, but will not retroactively remove a bonus that has already been credited to a player's account in good faith.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to claim referral bonuses fraudulently — will have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended.
• Where a player attempts to withdraw funds while a bonus is still active and the wagering requirement has not been met, bangla 888 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal.

Expiry of Bonuses

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account will expire 30 calendar days after the date of credit. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Players will receive an email reminder 5 days before a bonus is due to expire.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bangla 888, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account on the bangla 888 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform.

bangla 888 employs continuous monitoring and fraud detection technology. Any account exhibiting patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above will be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, the affected player's balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. bangla 888 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their bangla 888 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". We will process closure requests within 24 hours. Before closure, any available balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to a 30-day cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to bangla 888 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) hour of receipt and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bangla 888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Multiple account registration.
• Use of prohibited software or automated betting tools.
• Chargeback fraud or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.

Where an account is closed by bangla 888 due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bangla 888 will communicate its findings to the affected player and provide an opportunity to appeal the decision within 14 days of notification.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bangla 888 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bangla 888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, platform outages, or third-party payment provider errors beyond bangla 888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the bangla 888 website, including game rules, odds, or promotional terms.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, software updates, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.

Force Majeure

bangla 888 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Acts of God, governmental action, war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, power failure, internet service disruption, or third-party payment network outages. In such circumstances, bangla 888 will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate updates to affected players via email.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by the principles of fairness and good faith as recognised in international online gaming practice. In the event of a dispute between bangla 888 and a registered player, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bangla 888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels available under applicable law.
